Supply/Installation Jet grout columns for ground improvement for 3 TBM maintenance stations
- Installation of over 100 Jet Grout Columns, up to 63m deep at 3 different stations on Clarke Road. Maintained a minimum of 2 operation lanes of traffic throughout construction and 3 during Rush Hour.
- Pre-drilling of over 1,000m of 250mm diameter temporary casing for spoil/reflow management & grout stability
- Spoil containment/management and disposal of up to 40m3 per day
- Verticality measurement of Jet grout columns
- Daily temporary road reinstatement
- Permanent road reinstatement
- Working adjacent to High Voltage overhead lines
